Shipping Policy

  • Receive FREE Shipping on orders over $50.

  • Shipping times vary from 1-8 days based on your location

  • For orders under $50, shipping rates are based on the weight and size of the products you order and the shipping speed you select at checkout. You can view the shipping rates for your order during the checkout process. We partner with premium shipping carriers like UPS, FedEx, USPS and more to provide you with competitive discounts and delivery speeds

  • Please double-check the following at checkout before submitting a purchase: Country, Street Number, Unit #, Phone Number, Name, and Email. Please contact us promptly in case of any mistake. If you didn't receive an order confirmation email within 24 hours, please check your spam folder before contacting us.

  

Order Processing

  • After a successful transaction at checkout, orders may take up to 24 hours to process. We'll send you a notification once your items ship
  • Our Shipping logistics providers: DHL, UPS, USPS, and FedEx 

 

 

DO YOU PROVIDE TRACKING INFORMATION?

Yes, you'll receive a text and email confirmation upon placing your order. Tracking details will be delivered via sms and email once your order ships. Track your order on our website at Track My OrderFor some carriers, it can take up to 4 days for tracking details to become available on our website. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.

 

If you haven’t received tracking info after 72 hours of placing your order, please contact orders@trendytailz.com 

   

 

 TRACK MY ORDER HISTORY

Create an account to track your orders, view order history, store points, and more. If you've subscribed to SMS, you'll receive a discount after every purchase. We take every reasonable precaution to ensure that products are not damaged. If the item is damaged in transit, please immediately email returns@trendytailz.com within 3 business days after receiving your order.

 

 

 DAMAGED ORDERS

If your order has been damaged during transit, please get in touch with us promptly, by sending us a picture along with your email, order ID, and Tracking Number. If possible, please provide a video record of all issues concerning the delivery (damaged/soaked package, torn/bent products...) to returns@trendytailz.com & the carrier when you receive your order.

Our support staff will notify you of the next steps regarding expectations, refund eligibility, and mailing directions. We do not cover shipping fees for returns. 

 

 

 Lost or Stolen Packages

We are responsible for shipping products from our warehouses to your provided address. We are NOT RESPONSIBLE for lost or stolen items that are shown as "Delivered" by UPS, FedEx, or USPS.

We will try to help locate your package, but your first call should be to the shipping carrier with the tracking number showing it was delivered. The shipping service including the post office finds the package more often than not.

Trendy Tailz® does not claim any responsibility for lost or stolen packages. Once the carrier shows a package has been delivered, complaints should be directed to the carrier. Please reference the tracking number that was emailed to you in your shipment confirmation.

PLEASE NOTES

  • When encountering abnormal weather conditions, the fulfillment of orders may be delayed. Nevertheless, we promise to inform you every step of the way with your order details as fast as possible
  • Your order will be sent to the address indicated at checkout. Any package returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address will be re-shipped at the customer's expense given consent
  • We do not cover shipping fees for returns
  • If your tracking information states that your order was delivered and you have not received it, you must ADDRESS THIS WITH YOUR LOCAL POST OFFICE. Trendy Tailz® does not hold responsibility for packages that are marked as "delivered" by the carrier. We DO NOT ISSUE REFUNDS for packages that state being delivered, but we'll do our best to help ensure a positive experience.
