Exchanges Refunds & Returns

We have a 30-day Return policy. You will find this in eligible product descriptions. This period initiates after your order is marked as Delivered. Return requests submitted after the timeline become ineligible for return, refund, or exchange except during holiday season when the return period is extended to January 31st for eligible products and purchases made between November 1st and January 20.

 

  

Submitting Return & Refund Requests

When contacting Returns@trendytailz.com your email must provide pictures/videos of the damaged, defective, or wrong-size item, your order number, email/phone number and name used at purchase, along with the details for your return request. Upon our receipt & approval of these items, we will ship out a replacement or provide a refund. If a replacement is not available, we will notify you and confirm a full refund or store credit based on your choice. Item(s) must be in original condition and have all original accessories. Please advise shipping is nonrefundable.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If you paid by PayPal, refunds will be sent to your PayPal account within 3 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved a refund back to your payment method, please contact us at Returns@trendytailz.com and also contact your bank. 

If you return the product without our confirmation, our warehouse cannot identify the sender, which will eliminate your eligibility for any refund or exchange for the order.

If you are shipping an item over 50 USD, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. 

 

 Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or if you received the wrong item. We undergo a strict quality control process before we dispatch every order.

For missing parts that don’t affect product function, we may refund partially or resend the missing part; for damages that affect your product’s functionality, we’ll resend the product only. For accessories, we’ll resend the accessories.

  

 

 How to Cancel an Order

You have up to 3 hours after purchase to cancel or change your order. Once the item(s) have been shipped we no longer have control of them. Your cancel order request must be submitted before the shipping of your order to receive a full refund. Customizable store merchandise orders cannot be returned as they are customized special orders.

 

 Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods, gift cards, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

 

European Union 14-day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

2. Return the items you don’t want after confirmation from support

3. A refund or credit will be offered
4. Purchase your desired product

PLEASE NOTE:

  1. If in the event the carrier can’t deliver your order due to incorrect shipping details, we advise you to contact your local post office. It's common for post offices to hold items for 3-7 days
